Cote Ghyll Luxury Cottage

We invite you to come and stay at Cote Ghyll Cottage, our new luxury holiday cottage sleeping 8 people. A stone built cottage with delightful views, private gardens to the rear and with direct access to the Park. Facilities include full gas central heating, double glazing and an open stone fireplace. The beds are all made ready for your arrival. The Cottage is to Cote Ghyll’s usual high standards of luxury and cleanliness.

A fabulous location

• In the prestigious North York Moors National Park, an outstanding walking area.
• The cottage is located on the Holiday Park, adjacent to The Old Mill waterfall and a public footpath. A 10 minute stroll one way takes you over the waterfall to Cod Beck Reservoir or a 10 min stroll the other way takes you to the pretty village of Osmotherley with its 3 pubs/restaurants and village shops.
• All of the facilities of Cote Ghyll Caravan Park are available for your use, including two play areas adjacent to the Cod Beck stream, small shop, WiFi, public payphone and drying cabinet for outdoor boots & coats.
• If you prefer your privacy, there are two gardens with patios and seating to relax in.

Luxury Interior

First floor

• Sleeps 8 people in 4 upstairs bedrooms - 2 rooms with king size beds (can be twin beds on request) and 2 rooms with a single bed in each. Flat screen TV with Freeview, radio alarm clock with ipod docking station and hairdryer in each room.
• Upstairs bathroom – bath with shower over, washbasin and heated towel rail.
• Upstairs WC – separate to bathroom.

Ground floor

• Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob and microwave. A separate utility space includes a washer/drier, iron & ironing board and cleaning equipment.
• Beautifully presented Lounge with open fire. Flat screen TV with DVD player & Freeview. A selection of books and games.
• Dining room with patio doors allowing access to, and views over Caravan Park. Dining table seats 8 people.
• Immaculate shower room and WC with heated towel rail.

Exterior

• To the rear are two private lawned gardens both with patios. Outdoor table and chairs and BBQ are there for you to enjoy.
• Private driveway leads to private parking for 2 cars (further shared parking available on request).

Prices are all inclusive – no hidden extras:-

• Dishcloth, tea towel and cleaning products
• Travel cot & high chair available on request (subject to availability)
• Gas & electric is included. However, fuel for the open fire is for sale separately.

Hire periods:-

• From Friday to Friday (alternatives available)
• Period of hire is from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
• Short breaks/weekends are available (minimum 3 night stay)
• Long lets available
