We are open from 1 March to 31 October.
Arrival time is between 3pm and 7pm (8pm Fridays) on your day of arrival. We may be able to accommodate later arrivals by prior arrangement. Departure time is before 10am.
WiFi is available across most of the Park for a modest charge. A prepaid voucher can be purchased from the shop. The connection speed will vary at busy times.
We have a ‘no smoking’ policy inside all of our static holiday caravans. Please smoke outside.
We understand accidents can happen. Please report all breakages/damage to Reception. We ask for payment to cover the cost of replacement or repair of the item.
You can bring more than one car. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 per holiday caravan.
Day visitors are welcome, but must be booked in at Reception. Day visitors must leave the Park by 8pm. All Site Rules, Terms and Conditions apply to visitors.
The maximum number of people is strictly limited to 6.
The opening times vary but are generally 9am to 5.30pm (7.30pm on Fridays). Opening times are displayed in the Reception window. However, we try to take phone calls from 9am to 9pm each day.
We do have a cafe and licensed bar (only accessible if you are having a meal or takeaway with us) at the adjacent Mill, which provides home cooked food. Menu for download here. Please check if this is open during your stay.
Alternatively, there are three pubs/restaurants, a café and a fish & chip shop within 10-15 min walk in Osmotherley village.
The security barrier is locked at night.
We have one dog friendly caravan which must be specified and paid for when booking. There is an additional cleaning charge of £20 per dog. Please also refer to our park rules and ensure:
The remaining caravans are ‘pet free’.
A deposit is required to make a firm, confirmed reservation. A minimum deposit of £100 per week is required. On receipt of the deposit we will send to you a booking confirmation.
The balance is due 2 months before arrival. Unfortunately we are not able to send reminders.

We make every effort to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. However, if you feel you have a reason to complain about your holiday, please inform us during your stay so we can take the appropriate action. We cannot help you if we do not know about your complaint. If you do not report your complaint until after your departure, you accept that it will make it harder to investigate or rectify your complaint after your stay has ended.
By making a booking, you agree that we may store and use your information as required to complete your booking and allow you to stay. We may also use your information to contact you from time to time to inform you of our services. Please advise us if you do not want this kind of communication.
By making a payment or entering onto the Park you agree to abide by the Site Rules and these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to ask any persons not observing the Terms & Conditions or Site Rules or creating a nuisance, to leave the Park without refund.
All customers, guests and visitors enter the Park at their own risk. The Park does not accept any responsibility for any personal injury, inconvenience, loss of property or damage to property caused outside the reasonable control of the Park owner which may occur when in use, in transit, in storage or when staying at Cote Ghyll. The Site Rules and Terms and Conditions may change from time to time at our discretion.
