A deposit must be paid within 7 days of the reservation. Failure to do this assumes your reservation is cancelled. A a minimum deposit of:
£30 per pitch is required
or £60 per pitch for a reservation of 7 nights or more
The balance is due in full on arrival. You will not be admitted to the park until this is paid in full.
Payment can be made by cash, cheques (payable to 'Cote Ghyll Caravan Park') or debit/credit card (2% charge applies to credit cards).
Cancellation Policy (for touring/tents):
a. If you cancel with minimum 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit in full
b. If you cancel with 7 - 14 days notice, we will transfer your full deposit to another booking in the same season
c. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, there will be no refund
Arrival time is between 1pm and 7pm (8pm Fridays). It will be assumed your reservation is cancelled if you have not notified us by 7pm. Note: Please contact us to arrange a late arrival.
Departure time is before 12pm (noon). Late departures may be possible during quiet times but must be arranged prior to 12pm on your departure day.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads on the park at all times and are not allowed in any park buildings. No fouling on the park - accidents to be cleaned up immediately. 'Fighting dog' breeds are not allowed.
BBQs are allowed but must be raised off the grass at all times. Absolutely no fires.
Maximum 6 people per pitch (including visitors). Visitors - all visitors are requested to report to Reception and pay the appropriate fee. All Site Rules, Terms and Conditions apply to visitors. All visitors to leave the park before 9pm.
For fire safety please leave a clear 3 metre gap between vehicles/awnings and the adjoining unit.
These are not permitted.
The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 per pitch (the second car incurs an additional charge as stated on the Price List).
The barrier is locked at night.
If your caravan is stored with us, whilst in storage or transit, your caravan must be insured against loss or damage. The movement of stored caravans is done entirely at the owner's risk. No liability for damage or loss will be accepted by Cote Ghyll Caravan Park.
We make every effort to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. However, if you feel you have a reason to complain about your holiday, please inform us during your stay so we can take the appropriate action. We cannot help you if we do not know about your complaint. If you do not report your complaint until after your departure, you accept that it will make it harder to investigate or rectify your complaint after your stay has ended.
By making a booking, you agree that we may store and use your information as required to complete your booking and allow you to stay. We may also use your information tom contact you from time to time to inform you of our services. Please advise us if you do not want this kind of communication.
By making a payment or entering onto the park you have to abide by the Site Rules and these Terms and Conditions.
The Site Rules and Terms and Conditions may change from time to time at our discretion.
