The Mill Apartment is situated on the first floor within the elegant Cote Ghyll Mill, a converted linen mill, and is available year-round for exclusive hire. As The Mill Apartment is situated on the first floor, please be aware that there are stairs to get into the apartment.
The Mill Apartment has recently been refurbished and is clean and spacious. As the apartment is sometimes used as school group accommodation, it is basic, but has everything that you will need. The Mill Apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people in bunk beds. The ideal accommodation for groups of friends or family who are in North Yorkshire for outdoor activities, cycling groups, walking, or hiking.
The Mill Apartment has a spacious, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, fridge, pots and pans, microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee making facilities and crockery are supplied. A laundry room with washing and drying facilities is available within the Mill along with a drying cabinet for wet boots and coats. Secure cycle storage is available.
The dining area is between the kitchen and lounge and has a large table and chairs. The open plan style allows parties to be in all areas and still be able to chat, socialise and plan activities for the following day. The spacious lounge is simple but comfortable, with soft furnishings and a television.
The three bedrooms sleep up to 10 people in bunk beds (4, 4 and 2). Bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made up for your arrival. The bathroom, which has a bath, toilet and basin, is separate and situated off a corridor, there is also a second separate toilet.
The Mill apartment is warmed with an eco friendly biomass boiler and Wi-Fi is included at no extra charge. Private parking is available free of charge. No smoking. We allow one dog to stay in the Mill apartment.
This wonderful, converted linen mill contains 3 recently refurbished private self-catering apartments alongside its 14 bunk-style rooms. The Mill Apartment is a great base from which to visit the North York Moors National Park, Cod Beck Reservoir, walks, runs, cycle rides and much more.
The pretty village of Osmotherley is within a few minutes’ walk, with three pubs and a village shop as well as a popular fish & chip shop. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to all bookings at The Mill Apartment, changeover days are flexible.

- 75% or remaining balance is due 2 months before arrival.
