For those of you that have been following us on social media, you will know that we have been investing over the winter months in all areas of the site, but one new addition in particular is already proving a huge success, the new hot tub for Cote Ghyll Cottage! Just imagine coming back in from a long days walking and chilling out in the hot tub with a glass of something fizzy! In fact, we are so excited about the new hot tub, we almost forgot to mention that we have also installed a brand new kitchen in the cottage!

Cote Ghyll Cottage is a 4-bedroomed detached cottage nestling in beautiful woodland on the edge of the caravan park, just a short walk from the village with shops and local pubs. As well as the log-heated hot tub and brand new fully equipped kitchen, the cottage offers a warm and cosy lounge with a carved stone open fire and plenty of seating for the whole family as well as a separate dining area. If the kids (or the big kids) want to escape, there is a games room, complete with 7ft pool table, games and kids activities. As well as the family bathroom with overhead shower, the cottage also offers a separate shower room and downstairs toilet located just off the utility area. The four welcoming bedrooms have the most amazing views across the park and the surrounding countryside.

Outside, as well as THAT hot tub, there is a large raised garden area, which is perfect for relaxing in, whilst enjoying the setting sun and a glass of wine. Outdoor seating and a large BBQ are also located to the back of the cottage, along with plenty of free parking.
The park also provides children’s playgrounds next to the stream and excellent walking from the doorstep, to the nearby Cod Beck Reservoir and into the delightful village of Osmotherley where three pubs/restaurants provide fine ales and good pub food.
Walks on the doorstep are the Cleveland Way, Coast to Coast and the start of the Lyke Way walk. All in all, Cote Ghyll Cottage is an ideal touring base for those wishing to explore the coastal resorts of Whitby and Scarborough, the North York Moors, the Yorkshire Dales, and the magnificent city of York.
The cottage is ideal for a family or group of friends, sleeping up to 8 people within 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin), family bathroom and separate shower room with toilet, games room and large garden area with hot tub, BBQ and outdoor seating. We also allow one well behaved dog!
