Zero-Cost Activites

Book your group’s stay at our North Yorkshire group accommodation and you’ll find you can reach most outdoor activities on foot rather than requiring transport. Below is just a selection of activities on offer at Cote Ghyll.

Activity Providers

Whilst we focus on providing the warm and welcoming, catered group accommodation, we have activity providers that concentrate on running activities for us at Cote Ghyll Mill.  High Adventure ,  specialise in delivering high quality, educational, fun but safe activities to any groups from 10 to 80 people. Either arrange activities direct with High Adventure on 01535 630044 or via ourselves. Alternatively, we have other activity providers which groups regularly use – please just ask us.

Planning Your Activities

Cote Ghyll provides the grounds and location where your activity provider can deliver your chosen programme.

Activities on our doorstep include canoeing at Cod Beck reservoir, abseiling at Cote Ghyll, orienteering, archery, bushcrafts, shelter building, mountain biking, geocaching and hill walking, amongst many others. Only a short distance away is rock climbing at Scugdale.

You’re free to arrange your own activity provider, or ask us to help organise your activities – just ask.
