When are you open?

Bed & Breakfast rooms are available 1st March to 31st October with minimum 1 night stays. The Entire Mill is available for hire from 1st March to 1st January.

Can I book multiple bedrooms?

Yes, these can be booked online, by phone or email.

What time is the Reception and Bar open?

Reception is open

The bar is open

How are the bedrooms laid out?

We have a total of 14 beautifully refurbished en-suite bedrooms consisting of:

4 x single en-suite rooms.
6 x twin/double en-suite rooms.
2 x triple en-suite rooms (king size bed, plus 1 single bed).
2 x family en-suite rooms (king size bed, plus 2 single beds).

What time can we arrive/depart?

Check in: 4pm–8pm (early/late arrivals receive a door code)
Check-out: 10am

Is there Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Is there a washing machine?

There is a coin operated washing machine and tumble drier in the drying room.

Do you have a car park?

Yes, adjacent to the Mill B&B, suitable for cars and coaches.

Can I bring a dog?

Dogs are welcome for £10 per night (pre-bookable). We offer:

What time is the campsite & caravan park shop open?

The Mill B&B is next door to our campsite with its well-stocked park shop. It’s open daily from 9am to 5.30pm (7.30pm on Fridays) from 1st March to 31st October.

Which allergens to you cater for?

We cater for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. If you have other allergies, please note we may not be able to accommodate them.

Can I use the sauna on the caravan park?

Yes, the sauna is bookable at the caravan park reception. Book a 45 min session from 9.15am, the last session starting 7.00pm.

Hire charge for the whole sauna (up to 10 people is £10) mid week and term time, or £15 during weekends and school holiday periods.  It is open from 1st March to 31st October.

Up to 30 mins prior to the start of your session, visit reception to collect your pair of key fobs for which a £20 returnable deposit (cash or card) is required.

Enjoy your sauna experience.

Up to 1 hour from the end of your session, visit reception to return your pair of key fobs and for your deposit to be returned. Please note, deposits will not be returned if fobs are returned after 1 hour.

The act of using the sauna shows your agreement to comply with the CIMPSA rules for a safe and enjoyable sauna

Only those aged 16 years and older are permitted to use the sauna.

No food or drink is permitted inside the sauna.

Swimwear to be worn at all times and towels must be used for seating.

Can I walk to Osmotherley (and is there a decent pub there)?

Osmotherley is a 10-15 minute walk away. There are 3 pubs/restaurants (The Three Tuns, The Queen Catherine and The Golden Lion).

Where is the nearest public footpath?

It’s on the doorstep of Cote Ghyll Mill B&B. This leads to Cod Beck Reservoir, the start of the Lyke Wake Walk (1 mile away), the Coast to Coast and to the Cleveland Way (0.4 miles away).
