Touring & Camping FAQ
- What time can we arrive/depart?

You can arrive at our caravan and camping park anytime between 1pm and 7pm (8pm Fridays). If you’re running late, please let us know. If you haven’t notified us by 7pm of any required late arrival your booking will be cancelled.
Departure time is before 12pm (noon). During quieter times, you may be able to arrange a later departure for a small charge, but you must agree this with us before 12pm on your departure day.
- Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome but they must be kept on leads at all times and are not allowed in any park buildings. Any dog mess must be cleaned up immediately. ‘Fighting dog’ breeds are not allowed.
- Can we have a BBQ or campfire?

You are welcome to have a BBQ, but we ask that it is raised off the ground to prevent grass damage. Please ensure that you only use BBQ’s in well ventilated areas, and never take a lit or smouldering BBQ inside a tent. Unfortunately, fire-pits and campfires are not permitted.
- Can I get WiFi on my pitch?

Yes. WiFi is available from your pitch for a modest charge. You can buy a prepaid voucher from the shop. Please be aware that connection speeds vary at busy times and the WiFi generally isn’t suitable for streaming.
- Can we bring two cars?

You can bring more than one car to our caravan park and campsite. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 per pitch (the second car incurs an additional charge as stated on the our prices page).
- Can we have visitors when we’re on holiday?

Day visitors are chargeable as per our pricing policy. All visitors must be booked-in at Reception. Day visitors must leave the Park by 7pm, last admission is 5pm. All Site Rules, Terms and Conditions apply to visitors. Please note there is a maximum number of 6 people and 2 cars per pitch at all times.
- How many people are allowed per pitch?

A maximum of 6 people are allowed per pitch (including visitors).
- What time is the shop and reception open?

The opening times vary but are generally 9am to 5.30pm (7.30pm on Fridays). Opening times are displayed in the Reception window. However, we try to take phone calls from 9am to 9pm each day.
- What time do the shower blocks close and do we need tokens?

The shower blocks are open 24 hours each day and are free.
