Weaver apartment is situated on the first floor within the elegant Cote Ghyll Mill, a converted linen mill, and is available all year round. As Weaver is situated on the first floor, please be aware that there are stairs to get into the apartment, which is accessed through a private entrance.

As you enter Weaver you are in the lounge/diner with an open plan kitchen to the side. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, pots and pans, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee making facilities and crockery are supplied. The dining area is open plan and has beautiful views across the woodland. A shared laundry room with washing and drying facilities is available within the Mill, along with a drying cabinet for wet boots and coats.

The lounge is off the open plan kitchen, and is compact but comfortable, with seating for two people, a 43” smart television and views of the woodland. The bedroom sleeps 2 in one double bed and has space for a cot (available on request). Bed linen is provided, and the bed will be made up for your arrival.

Views from the lounge are of the woodland and the public footpath which leads to Cod Beck Reservoir (5 minutes’ walk).

The en-suite shower has a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. Recently refurbished, Weaver apartment is warmed by an eco-friendly biomass boiler and Wi-Fi is included at no extra charge.

Private parking is available for 1 car free of charge. Secure cycle storage available. No smoking. One dog is allowed.

This wonderful, converted linen mill contains four recently refurbished private self-catering apartments alongside its 14 bunk-style rooms. Each apartment is a great base from which to visit the North York Moors National Park, Cod Beck Reservoir, walks, runs, cycle rides and much more.

The pretty village of Osmotherley is within a few minutes’ walk, with three pubs and a village shop as well as a popular fish & chip shop.
