When is your caravan park open for hire?

1 March to 31 Oct each year

What time can we arrive/depart?

Arrival time is between 4pm and 7pm (8pm Fridays) on your day of arrival. We may be able to accommodate later arrivals if you let us know in advance. Departure time is before 10am.

Can I get WiFi in my holiday caravan?

Yes. WiFi is available across all of our caravan park for a modest charge and you can buy a prepaid voucher from the Park shop. Please note that connection speeds will vary at busy times and the WiFi generally isn’t suitable for streaming.

Can I smoke in my caravan?

We have a ‘no smoking’ policy inside all static holiday caravans. Please smoke outside.

What if I break something?

We understand accidents can happen. Please report all breakages/damage to Reception. We ask for payment to cover the cost of replacement or repair of the item.

Can we bring two cars?

Yes, up to a maximum number of 2 cars per static holiday caravan.

Can we have visitors when we’re on holiday?

Day visitors are welcome but must be booked in at Reception. Day visitors must leave the park by 7pm.  Whilst they are onsite, all Site Rules and Terms and Conditions apply to visitors.

How many people are allowed to stay in a holiday caravan?

The maximum number of people per static caravan is strictly limited to 6.

What time is the shop and reception open?

Opening times vary but are generally 9am to 5.30pm (7.30pm on Fridays). Opening times are displayed in the Reception window. However, we try to take phone calls from 9am to 9pm each day.

Can we walk to the pub?

We do have a cafe and licensed bar (only accessible if you are having a meal or takeaway with us) at the adjacent Mill, which provides home cooked food. Menu for download here. Please check if this is open during your stay.

Alternatively, there are three pubs/restaurants, a café and a fish & chip shop within 10-15 min walk in Osmotherley village.

Security Barrier

The security barrier at the entrance of our caravan park is locked at night.

Can I bring my dog?

We have ‘dog friendly’ caravans. To secure one, please tell us you are bringing a dog when you book. There is an additional cleaning charge of £40 per dog.  We allow a maximum of 2 dogs in our holiday caravans.

Please also refer to our park rules and ensure:

• Your dog does not sit on any furniture or beds
• Your dog is never left alone in the caravan
• Your dog is always on a lead whilst on the park

The remaining caravans are ‘pet free’.
