Sleeping up to 61 people (including 5 roll out beds) our 4 * YHA approved accommodation provides the perfect base for exploring the North Yorkshire countryside. Our 14 newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms within the converted linen mill offer either 2 bedded, 4 bedded or 6 bedded rooms, some with double beds.

Adventure At The Mill
Dive into an array of activities for education/activity groups on site and in the surrounding area. There’s our new campfire and bushcrafts area and our new shelter building area, both privately located in deciduous woodland opposite Cote Ghyll Mill. We’re only 0.5 mile (10min walk) from the historical village of Osmotherley, a village once famous for weaving linen cloth. Whatever time of year you book your North Yorkshire break, you’ll find a warm welcome in the pubs, tearooms and village shop here.

Walking at The Mill
The Mill is adjacent to some amazing walking country with a network of public footpaths on the doorstep including the Cleveland Way, Coast to Coast Walk and the start of the Lyke Wake Walk. It is also on Route 65 of the National Cycle Network which offers cycle paths for all abilities.

Other outdoor pursuits in the area include orienteering at Cod Beck Reservoir, mountain biking routes, pony trekking, fishing and golf clubs.
