Sleeping up to 61 people (including 5 roll out beds) our 4 * YHA approved accommodation provides the perfect base for exploring the North Yorkshire countryside. Our 14 newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms, within the converted linen mill, offer either 2 bedded, 4 bedded or 6 bedded rooms, some with double beds and can be booked as family rooms, by groups or as individual beds. The Mill also offers affordable accommodation for sole use by schools/colleges and large groups.

Delicious, home made, freshly prepared food is served in our dining room. Special diets can be catered for and wine can be purchased from the bar to consume with your meal.

There’s an array of activities for education / activity groups to enjoy including our new campfire & bushcrafts area and our new shelter building area. These are privately located in deciduous woodland opposite Cote Ghyll Mill providing the perfect learning environment for youngsters.

Only 0.5 mile (10min walk) from the historical village of Osmotherley; a village once famous for weaving linen cloth. Osmotherley offers great pubs, tearooms & a village shop.

The Mill is adjacent to some amazing walking country with a network of public footpaths on the doorstep including the Cleveland Way, Coast to Coast Walk and the start of the Lyke Wake Walk. It is also on Route 65 of the National Cycle Network which offers cycle paths for all abilities.

Other outdoor pursuits in the area include orienteering at Cod Beck Reservoir, mountain biking routes, pony trekking, fishing & golf clubs.
