09:00–11:00 --- 🔥 Bushcrafts & Shelter Building – Head outside to our dedicated bushcraft & shelter building area and try your hand at building a shelter and making a campfire using our lesson plan outline. 🚶‍♂️ Take a leisurely stroll to Osmotherley Village, explore the sights and complete the Osmotherley Trail.

14:00–17:30 🗺 Orienteering – Head outside into the surrounding Cod Beck Woods for an exciting and challenging outdoor sport that exercises mind and body! Our pre-planned orienteering course is perfect for teachers to lead themselves. 🚶‍♂️ Take the picturesque hike to Mount Grace Priory following the Cleveland Way and calling at the remote Lady Chapel on the way. ⚽️ Spend the afternoon enjoying the play area and playing field at our adjacent caravan park before heading home.

14:00–17:30 💦 Stream Scramble – Be prepared to get wet and wild on an adventurous stream scramble activity guided by expert instructors. Then head into the woods for an exciting Axe Throwing activity. 🛶 Raft Building & Canoeing – Take the short walk to the stunning Cod Beck Reservoir for an exciting afternoon on the water! 🔥 Bushcraft & Shelter Building – Learn bushcraft and survival skills from the experts then channel your inner Robin Hood with Woodland Archery lessons under the safe supervision of professional instructors. Then it's time to say goodbye and head on home.

🦋 On your way to Cote Ghyll Mill visit Preston Park Museum and Butterfly World followed by Airtrail at Tees Barrage or Ten Pin Bowling at Teeside Park.

Or, take the challenge of climbing Roseberry Topping descending via Captain Cook Monument or Cliff Rigg Quarry. Visit Captain Cook School room Museum to learn about our local explorer Captain Cook.

York

Offering more attractions per square mile than any other destination in the UK, there’s a lot to love in the beautiful historic city of York.

Whitby

There's more to Whitby than meets the eye - with its connections to Captain Cook and Dracula, its quirky narrow streets and bustling harbour overlooked by the striking Gothic ruins of Whitby Abbey, Whitby is a fascinating town, quite unlike any other.

Saltburn

The delightful coastal town Saltburn-by-the-sea bestows plenty of Victorian charm and thrills. From the water balanced cliff lifts to the last remaining pier in Yorkshire, Saltburn promises its visitors an authentic seaside experience.

🎢 Lightwater Valley or Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo – Say goodbye to the Mill and head off for a full day of thrill seeking activities at one of the UK's best theme parks. 🍔 Packed lunch provided.

Or perhaps you'd prefer to make a splash at 💦 North Yorkshire Water Park and experience the thrills of raft building and stand up paddle boarding before tackling the unforgettable inflatable obstacle AquaPark.
