Definitions

Cote Ghyll: Cote Ghyll Caravan Park Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06936016 whose registered office is at Cote Ghyll Caravan And Camping Park, Osmotherley, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL6 3AH.

Validity Period

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Redemption

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any advance phone booking at Cote Ghyll for camping and touring caravan pitches, holiday caravans, Cote Ghyll Cottage, Holiday Apartments or Cote Ghyll Mill Youth Hostel. Bookings must be placed over the phone and in advance.

Non-Refundable

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. The value of Gift Vouchers will not be reimbursed if unused.

Lost or Stolen Gift Vouchers

Lost Gift Vouchers may only be reissued to the original purchaser. Re-issued Gift Vouchers will sent via email only.

Cote Ghyll is not liable for stolen Gift Vouchers that are used without permission.

Remaining Balances

All Gift Vouchers feature a unique voucher code and can only be used in one single transaction. Remaining balances cannot be carried forward, returned or credited. No cashback will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift voucher.

Cancellation

Cote Ghyll reserves the right to cancel Gift Vouchers if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Cote Ghyll reserves the right to cancel any Gift Vouchers obtained fraudulently.

Not Redeemable for Cash

Gift Vouchers are solely for the purchase of services, and are not redeemable for cash or credit, in part or in whole.
